"Blessed are the Rosary Teams for their prayer is fruitful, as they pray with Mary; and their Mission is a testimony of Christ's love for the salvation of the world."

Monthly Prayer Leaflet for the Rosary Teams

Our theme for the year:
“Great is the mystery of faith”

On Tuesday January 28, 2014, Marie France Seillier handed over to me her mission of International Coordinator for the Rosary Teams. For seven years she shouldered that responsibility with skill, ease, and conviviality. In her task she was helped by Brother Gilles Danroc, Dominican and International Chaplain, as well as by her husband and by a Bureau of generous and helpful co-workers.

The handing over took place in France, at Saint Laurent sur Sèvre, the memorial place of Saint Louis Marie Grignion de Montfort, who was the tireless apostle of Jesus, through Mary and with Mary.

Under the leadership of Marie-France who was helped by her Bureau, the International Rosary teams flourished and expanded all over the world. In some countries, there has been the foundation of new teams, as well as the growth and full development of the existing Rosary Teams. In other countries, Rosary teams were set up and organised at diocesan, regional, and national levels.

From the five continents, and on your behalf, I send a firework of sparkling thanks to Marie-France and her co-workers. I am Thérèse Turlan Delannoy. I have a special devotion for the Rosary Teams of which I have been a member since 1989. I was born in Lille in Northern France, and I am now living in Amboise, in Touraine with my husband Claude. I am now shouldering the responsibility of International Coordinator, and I shall work with a new Bureau and with Brother Gilles Danroc. Marie France very kindly and patiently initiated me to that task for a whole year.

Dear members of the International Rosary team that I have had the opportunity of meeting, or of whom I have heard, I carry you all in my heart in all friendship and in Marian prayer.

Together, we shall live in spiritual communion through Lent time, and Holy Week!

Happy Easter to everyone! Alleluia!

Let's give thanks to God for our Popes John XXIII, John Paul II who will be proclaimed "saints" in Rome, on Sunday 27 April, the feast of Divine Mercy.
